Tracking Your Order

Missing or Delayed Orders

Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (consumable health supplements), we do not accept returns for change of mind, even if the item is unused or unopened. This is to ensure the safety, quality, and hygiene of all products we sell.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following remedies:
